- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel cubes, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate, melted (for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup crushed caramel candies
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with the granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Add Mix-ins: Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped caramel cubes, chocolate chunks, and crushed caramel candies.
- Shape Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Space them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Drizzle and Serve: Once cooled, drizzle with melted milk chocolate for an extra chocolatey finish.
