- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by cutting the chicken and vegetables.
- Marinate the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add broccoli and bell pepper; stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until veggies are bright green.
- Pour any remaining marinade over the stir-fry; cook for another minute to coat everything evenly.
- Serve immediately, optionally garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include chopped green onions or sesame seeds as a garnish.
