Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop vegetables into uniform sizes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
  4. Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli; sauté for about 4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Pour the sauce over chicken and vegetables; stir well and let simmer for another 2 minutes.
