Description

A delicious and creamy baked macaroni dish that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni (dry, boiled separate to al dente)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Pour cream into a bowl and add one cup shredded cheddar. Add eggs, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Boil macaroni and drain when it is al dente but tender.
  4. Transfer pasta to a baking dish. Top with cream-egg-cheese mixture.
  5. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes until melted and golden brown on top.

Notes

  • Make sure to drain the macaroni well before mixing it with the other ingredients.
