Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups beef broth

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown 1 lb ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until fully cooked; tip: break beef evenly.
  2. Add 1 cup onion and 2 cloves garlic and cook for 3 minutes until soft.
  3. Stir in 2 tbsp tomato paste, then add 3 cups broth, 1 cup milk, and 12 oz pasta.
  4. Simmer uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring until pasta is tender; tip: stir often.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup cheese until creamy; season to taste.
