Description

A delicious and easy crockpot recipe featuring chicken and queso.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 ounces queso dip (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  3. Pour the black beans and frozen corn over the seasoned chicken.
  4. Spoon the queso dip on top of the mixture, covering everything well.
  5. Secure the lid on the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, then return it to the crockpot. Mix well with the other ingredients.
