A delicious and easy crockpot recipe featuring chicken and queso.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 16 ounces queso dip (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Pour the black beans and frozen corn over the seasoned chicken.
- Spoon the queso dip on top of the mixture, covering everything well.
- Secure the lid on the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, then return it to the crockpot. Mix well with the other ingredients.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to meld together more deeply.
