- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
-
Preheat Oven and Prepare Potatoes: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and slice the baby potatoes in half. Toss them in 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of oregano. Place on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender, turning halfway through.

-
Shape Patties: Divide the beef mixture into equal portions and shape into patties.

Cook Patties: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
-
Serve: Plate the beef patties alongside the roasted potatoes. Garnish with additional chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can marinate the beef mixture in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before cooking.
