Ingredients

- 10–12 strawberries sliced and frozen
- 1 large banana peeled, sliced, and frozen
- ¼ cup baby spinach packed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup orange juice fresh or organic preservative-free bottled
- ½ cup plain yogurt use non-dairy yogurt for vegan
- 1 tablespoon honey use maple syrup or agave nectar for vegan
Instructions
- Add the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, baby spinach, chia seeds, orange juice, yogurt, and honey to a high-speed blender.
- Note: You can thaw the frozen fruits on the counter for 10 minutes if they are too hard.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add more orange juice if the smoothie is thick for your liking.
- Check for sweetness and add more honey if needed.
- Transfer the smoothie into 2 serving glasses.
- Garnish with halved strawberry and serve chilled.
