Ingredients

- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ⅓ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ⅓ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or mason jar, combine oats, chia seeds, cottage cheese, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and sweetener.
- Stir thoroughly until smooth and well incorporated.
- Gently fold in the blueberries. No need to thaw if frozen.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass jar or container, layering for visual appeal if you like.
- Seal with a lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir gently and top with extra blueberries, granola, or nut butter before serving.
