Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt (Plain or vanilla flavored)
- 2 tablespoons Honey (Optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest (Freshly grated)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (Freshly squeezed)
- 2 cups Fresh blueberries (Rinsed and drained)
- 1 cup Granola (Store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
- In glass jars or cups, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of blueberries, and then a layer of granola. Repeat the layers until the jars are filled.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
