Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
