Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar substitute (such as stevia or erythritol)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk)
- 1/4 cup whipped cream (sugar-free)
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate shavings (sugar-free)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.
