Description

A delicious dilled filling for hard-boiled eggs, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 3 tablespoons dill pickle brine/juice
  • 3 tablespoons minced dill pickles
  • 1/2 tablespoon freshly minced dill
  • chopped dill pickles to top

Instructions

  1. Boil your eggs until hard boiled.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolk.
  3. Combine in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and whip until smooth.
  4. Add to a piping bag and pipe into half of an egg.
  5. Garnish with a dill pickle.
  6. Refrigerate until serving.

  • Chill the filling before serving for the best flavor.
  • Can be made a day in advance.
