Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
- Stir in flour and salt just until incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Pour batter into prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden on top and slightly gooey in the center.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serve warm if desired.
