Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Optional: vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  4. Stir in flour and salt just until incorporated.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden on top and slightly gooey in the center.
