Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces of approximately equal size to ensure even cooking.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5 minutes until they are fully cooked and lightly browned.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper over the chicken, tossing to coat evenly for balanced flavor.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute, stirring frequently to release its fragrant aroma without burning.
- Incorporate the halved cherry tomatoes and broccoli florets into the skillet. Cook for roughly 5 minutes until the broccoli becomes tender but still crisp.
- Stir in the fresh spinach, shredded mozzarella, and cream cheese. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
