Juicy and flavorful roasted beef tenderloin served with a creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 – 2 lb beef tenderloin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- to taste Fresh herbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for sauce)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp pepper (for sauce)
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (for sauce)
- as needed Grilled lemon halves (to serve)
Instructions
- Season & Sear: Coat tenderloin in oil and seasonings. Sear all sides for 2–3 minutes.
- Roast: Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes (135°F for medium-rare). Rest for 10 minutes.
- Make Cream Sauce: Sauté garlic. Add cream, mustard, pepper, and salt. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thick. Stir in herbs.
- Serve: Slice tenderloin. Spoon sauce beneath or on top. Add grilled lemon.
Notes
- Allow the beef to rest before slicing to retain the juices.
- Adjust seasoning according to personal preference.
