A deliciously moist eggnog bundt cake perfect for the holidays!
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- ¾ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 to 4 tbsp eggnog
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in eggnog.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for about ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the frosting, beat together powdered sugar and butter; mix in vanilla and enough eggnog for desired consistency. Frost cooled cake.
