Description
Delicious Nutella hazelnut cookies that are soft in the center and rolled in powdered sugar.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (plus extra for rolling)
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts (toasted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the Nutella and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, chopped hazelnuts, and salt. Gradually combine this with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Allow to cool slightly before rolling in powdered sugar.
