- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices of grilled pineapple
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise (regular or spicy)
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by chopping green onions and grating ginger.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, teriyaki sauce, ginger, and green onions until combined.
- Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
- Grill the patties for about 6 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Toast brioche buns on the grill during cooking.
- Assemble each burger with a patty, grilled pineapple slice, and mayo. Serve immediately.
