Ingredients

  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices of grilled pineapple
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise (regular or spicy)

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by chopping green onions and grating ginger.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, teriyaki sauce, ginger, and green onions until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties, about ½ inch thick.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
  5. Grill the patties for about 6 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Toast brioche buns on the grill during cooking.
