Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes, just until fragrant—do not brown.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest. Reduce heat and whisk to combine.
  4. Add capers and simmer for 2–3 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley if using.
  7. Serve immediately over your favorite protein, pasta, or vegetables.
