Description

Delicious and easy-to-make turkey pinwheels perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 whole wheat soft taco tortillas
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup Stove Top stuffing (prepared according to package directions)
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup cooked turkey breast (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir the cream cheese and mayo until smooth and evenly combined.
  2. Spread a thin layer of mayo mixture over one side of each tortilla, going all the way to the edges.
  3. Next, spread a layer of stuffing, then add a layer of cranberry sauce, and finally lay slices of turkey on top.
  4. Carefully roll each tortilla into a log and place them on a plate, seam side down.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. If you’re making these well in advance, wrap each tortilla log in plastic wrap and store for up to 4 hours. Unwrap before slicing.
  7. Using a sharp knife, slice off the ends of each tortilla log so they are even.
  8. Then cut 1-inch slices and place the pinwheels on their side on a platter.
  9. Serve immediately.
