- Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Form and Cook the Polenta Cakes: Once the polenta is firm, cut it into cake-sized rounds. Heat a bit of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Fry the polenta cakes until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Assemble the Dish: Place polenta cakes on a serving plate. Top with cooked shrimp. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
